Returns
There are no returns on 'upcycled', 'artworks' or 'pre-owned' items - refer product details.
Returns for new items will be accepted if returned to us in brand new in packaging and/or undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase.
Returns will receive a full refund of item price or an exchange if preferred - the delivery cost will not be refunded.
If items are returned and that item is then on sale, only the sale price can be refunded.
If the item was purchased on sale, there is no refund or exchange.
Damaged items
Please check your goods prior to departing the store to ensure you are happy with the quality.
Goods received that have been damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded - you should make claim as soon as receiving the goods and provide photographic evidence of the damage - this is contractually between you and the delivery company to resolve.
Items damaged during transit should NOT BE ACCEPTED by the postal service or courier and should be marked RETURN TO SENDER and not signed for.
New products
Are covered by the manufacturers warranty and returns policies and should be returned directly to them for replacement and/or refund should your concerns occur after 30 days of purchase.
Upcycled and Pre-owned products
These are one-off products and cannot be returned - ensure you contact us by phone or email should you have any questions prior to making a purchase.
All items can be viewed viewed by appointment in Somers Victoria Australia. Email us to set up an appointment on hello.iwasiam@gmail.com. We suggest inspection of the goods prior to purchase.
Stock and Lead Time items
Most items are stock items and can be purchased right away - if you are after more than one you will be advised if that many are not available.
Some items are Lead Time only - please email us to request timing for the quantities you require and your delivery location.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will depend on the items (generally larger or fragile items), location for delivery and the delivery method you request.
Where possible a cost for delivery will be included at checkout. Where this is not possible, there will be a note regarding this on the product page. Please contact us with your request and delivery details.
